Fees Rules:

  • All fees are to be Paid strictly in advance
    1st Installment June-Nov
    2nd Installment Dec.-May
  • A fine of Rs.50 will be charged if payment is made after the due date.
  • The delay of payment after the last day of the month renders a pupil liable to be struck off the rolls. The pupil will have to seek re-admission on payment of Rs. 200.00
  • Pupils will not be allowed to sit for any test or examination unless all fee due are paid to date.

The fees is payable as follows:
1. Deposit: This amount is to be paid in lump sum at the time of admission. This amount is refundable interest free at the time of withdrawal of your child subject to rules of Withdrawal. However, in event of withdrawal of child within 2 years of study from the class admitted in, only 50% amount of deposit shall be refunded.
2. The annual Fee does not include uniform charges or the required learning material in the classroom.
3. In addition to the annual fee, parents / guardians will be required to meet the expenses of text books, the school bus service, educational tours and excursion, fees for public / board examinations and other consequential expenses related to the education of the child.
4. The fees and charges mentioned are subject to change from time to time, at the discretion of Ardesh Bal Niketan School management. Ardesh Bal Niketan School management shall communicate the effected changes to the parents from time to time.
5. Under no circumstances the fees once paid is either refundable or transferable.

Modes Of Payment:

  • Parents on being informed about the school's admission decision will have to pay the fees as stipulated within the specified period.
  • Accordingly pay the fees and other charges. Along with the fees the originals of photocopies submitted along with the application for admission shall also have to be submitted.
  • Payment could be made by Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft. In case of Cheque or Demand Draft, it should be drawn in the name of "Ardesh Bal Niketan School. Outstation cheques are not accepted. Demand Draft should be made payable at Sikar.
